- Trump Parc Stamford
- Trump Parc Stamford when completed in July of 2009 at 35 floors will be the cities tallest building and the second tallest residential structure in the state of Connecticut. It features 170 super luxury condominium residences, an incomparable full floor of amenities and its own on-site signature restaurant. F.D. Rich partnered with Louis R. Cappelli and Donald J. Trump to create Stamford's one and only super deluxe condominium tower. Residences are priced from $700,000 to $4.3 million. - Ritz-Carlton Stamford
- F.D. Rich and Cappelli Enterprises have partnered to develop a Ritz-Carlton hotel and residential condominium complex in the heart downtown Stamford. The project will contain a 200-room Ritz-Carlton hotel 300 super luxury Ritz Carlton branded condominium residences and 70,000 square feet of retail space including the restoration of the historic Atlantic Street Station Post Office building which will be converted into retail and restaurant space. Construction will commence in 2009.

- In 2008, F. D. Rich acquired 86,000 square feet of prime office and retail space in the heart of historic South Norwalk, CT along Washington and South main Streets. The assemblage is within a short walk of the South Norwalk Train Station. The Company is undertaking a development program that includes a limited service hotel whose design will respect the historic character of SONO and ensure its long-term vitality as a retail, restaurant and entertainment center for Fairfield County, CT.
