- The Bow Tie Majestic Theater is a six-screen, 1,600-seat theater complex located in the heart of downtown Stamford’s retail, restaurant and entertainment district. The theater has been in operation since 1997 and draws over 400,000 visitors annually.

In late 2005, F. D. Rich completed the 115-room Stamford Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. On its ground floor facing Broad Street is Napa & Company, one of Southern Connecticut’s hottest restaurants. The nine-story hotel also features a fitness center, conference facilities and a pool. The Stamford Courtyard by Marriott has won many awards during each year of its operation including being number 1 worldwide in customer service. It’s Connecticut’s most successful hotel in terms of rate and occupancy. The project was designed by Harvey Kaufman Architects, New Canaan, CT.

- Location: 1404 Shippan Avenue - Shippan Point - Stamford, CT
The Hotel Chesterfield was acquired by F.D. Rich in 2008. It’s a boutique luxury hotel located in the waterfront community of Shippan Point, Stamford, CT. Having been originally constructed in the 1860’s, it is currently under consideration for listing with the National Registry of Historic Places. A recent complete restoration of the building along with expert redecoration has resulted in the perfect blending of 19th century architectural charm fused with 21st century technology. From the sumptuous rooms and furnishings, to the luxurious bedding to the impressive collection of original art, no expense was spared to make the Hotel Chesterfield Stamford’s most luxurious hotel experience.
